Wynn Withdraws NJ Online Gambling License Application

Wednesday September 23,2015 : WYNN WITHDRAWS NEW JERSEY LICENSE APPLICATION

Not proceeding with online plans “at this time”.
 
According to NJ.com, Wynn Interactive has withdrawn its online license application, approved earlier this month by State regulators for the New Jersey market.

Wynn’s legal representative reportedly submitted a formal request to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement at the beginning of September saying that it “does not wish to proceed with its application.”

Wynn Resorts planned entrance into the New Jersey market was intially through a partnership with 888 Holdings utilising one of Caesars Entertainment’s licenses
