September 2015 New Jersey Online Gambling Revenues Grow

Statistics for September show continued growth, but online poker still lags.
 
The latest online gambling statistics from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement show that growth continued in September, with total Internet gaming win of $12 million, an improvement of just over 17 percent on September 2014's $10.2 million.
 
Online poker again showed a decline at $1.77 million.
 
Year-to-date numbers indicate that online poker has delivered revenues of $18 million this year, whilst online casino activity has generated $90.78 million, bringing the total for the nine months from online gambling in New Jersey to $108.78 million.
 
PartyPoker – Borgata – Pala continued to lead the field with a 28.1 percent share of the New Jersey online market, followed by Caesar’s Interactive with 22.1 percent; Tropicana (casino games only) in third at 21.8 percent; Golden Nugget – Betfair at fourth on 20.1 percent; whilst Resorts continued to improve at 7.8 percent and is still awaiting the arrival of partner Pokerstars.
 
Atlantic City land and internet revenues combined reached $230.1 million in September 2015 compared to $209.4 million in the same period a year ago, representing an almost 10 percent increase.
