Are Everleaf Poker Execs Involved With Pluto Network

Thursday May 30,2013 : EVERLEAF POKER EXECS INVOLVED WITH NEW PLUTO NETWORK?

Too many coincidences to be ignored

The Everleaf Poker Network’s withdrawal from the US online poker market, its hassles with regulator the LGA and criticism for not paying its players are still reverberating around the industry and this week fresh information surfaced suggesting that the new Pluto Poker Network may have closer ties to Everleaf than was previously known.

In an expose by poker writer John Mehaffey this week explored the activities and associations of Everleaf execs Franz Gerhart and Helmut Kleinhans, respectively director of operations and technical chief at Everleaf.

Mehaffey's investigations have shown that:

* Pluto remains a small, micro-limit network, although Minted Poker joined it recently from Everleaf (see previous InfoPowa report)

* There are similarities in the Pluto software to that at Everleaf. Riversource is allegedly the software provider for Pluto, but another software provider, Rhinobit has similarities and shares the same domain servers. And both companies are registered in Gunzenhausen, Germany.

* Gerhart and Kleinhans are listed as officers of Rhinobit, and a search for information on Riversource shows that both are also founders of that company, with Gerhart listed as the branch manager.
