Intralot Now Controlls Bilyoner

Euro 10 million increased stake in state internet sportsbetting firm
 
Intralot will assume a 50.01 percent controlling interest in Turkish online sports betting site Bilyoner with an agreement to acquire an additional stake of around 25.01 percent for a Euro 10 million consideration.
 
Bilyoner operates as an electronic agent offering the state organisation SporToto's betting games.
 
Finalisation of the deal is subject to approvals and a two-month cooling off period awarded to the seller.
