Spiral Solutions signs strategic partnership agreement with EveryMatrix, initially in France.
Mobile technology specialist Spiral Solutions Ltd., parent company to mobile gaming solutions provider Spin3, has inked a partnership agreement with EveryMatrix, an award-winning provider of sports betting solutions, to share products and services.
The combination of EveryMatrix’s sports betting platform and Spiral Solutions’ cross-platform e-gaming and poker solutions and comprehensive suite of professional services will create a strong, diverse and complete e-gaming solution for newly regulated markets, a company spokesman said his week.
Clients in France will be the first to benefit from the strategic relationship. EveryMatrix’s sports betting application, OddsMatrix, is already ARJEL-regulator compliant after its client Jeux365 was awarded a licence in July 2010. Spiral Solutions – through its joint venture with Santa Media Group known as Spiral Solutions France – is providing personal, professional and boutique B2B poker services for the French e-gaming market.
Matti Zinder, head of Spiral Solutions said the partnership with EveryMatrix brings together some of the strongest products and management services in the e-gaming market.
“Together, we offer a complete and unique e-gaming solution specifically positioned for newly regulated markets such as France,” he said.
“There’s great synergy at work between EveryMatrix and Spiral Solutions,” Stian Hornsletten, CEO of EveryMatrix said. “It’s a very natural fit that enables us to provide our global customers with a complete e-gaming package.
“The French market will see a lot of competition and upheaval as the regulations settle, so we feel this partnership gives both parties a truly competitive edge. Spiral Solutions France has a unique presence in the French market, making it a powerful partner, and its tailored solutions perfectly complement and enhance our offering.
“With Spiral France, we are able to work very closely with our customers to give them a unique package that will maximise their brand and capitalise on the passionate gaming audience in France.”
