European sports betting operator follow up Manchester United sponsorship with a new deal.
 
Marathonbet, a European online sports betting operator, has followed up on its sponsorship deal with Manchester United earlier this month  with a new sponsorship agreement with Championship football club Middlesbrough FC covering the 2015-15 season.
 
The agreement permits Marathonbet to brand one stand in the 32,000-seat Riverside Stadium, along with promotional and publicity advantages involving the club's digital and social networking platforms.
 
Stan Reoutt, the CEO of Marathonbet, said this week: "The UK is a key market for Marathonbet and we’re very confident that this partnership will help us reach our goals. We’re all looking forward to joining Boro fans in supporting the club in its pursuit back to the Premier League.”
