888 Mac Poker Launched

888poker goes all-in after extensive beta-testing.
Online poker fans attracted to 888 Poker's Mac client beta-testing earlier this year can now get stuck into the full-on product following its launch Monday.
The Mac OS X client supports Hold'Em, Stud and Omaha genres and includes multi-tabling facilities, and full hand histories that can be accessed for analysis.
Preferred seating facilities and the ‘favourites' facility from the desktop version have also been duplicated, and both cash games and tournament action are available on the new client, supporting the same games as those available on the desktop product.
Multi-tabling on up to six tables is available, enhancing 888Poker's chances of retaining its recent average player per 24 hour lead over Full Tilt Poker as reported by Pokerscout.
Unfortunately for Mac players Downunder, the company has restricted access from Australia, however.
