Apple's iStore approves new mobile betting app.
 
The Australian online sports betting company Centrebet was successful this week in achieving the approval of Apple's iStore for its new mobile betting app.
 
The app was developed by Sydney, Australia-based digital media solutions outfit Tiger Spike, and will initially be targeted on the Aussie betting public.
 
The last few years have seen Tiger Spike achieve major successes in the mobile field, delivering major digital media solutions to major Oz firms like Telstra and Fairfax, along with the UK’s Daily Mail, and consequently opening offices in New Zealand, London and New York….a far cry from the company's early days when founder and CEO Luke Janssen and his band recorded mobile phone ringtones at home.
